In the Hotel Bergblick in Ratschings valley you find exactly the living comfort, which you need for a relaxing holiday. Sit in the evening after a busy day relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views of the South Tyrolean mountains from the rooms. Our hotel has 48 modernly furnished accommodations, in 3 different sizes. Regardless of the room size all accommodations have balcony or terrace, aroom safe, color satellite TV and telephone. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The above prices are per person and day including half-board, excluding the local tax for a minimum stay of nights. For stays of less than 3 days there is a surcharge of 20%.

The single room rate is 80% of the double room rate, depending on the room type.

Local tax For all persons over 14 years we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 2,90 € per person and night. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is to pay on site.

A booking is only valid when you have received our reservation confirmation in written form. Without this confirmation there is no binding reservation.

Pets are welcome, however, we are able to host only a limited number in our hotel and therefore ask you to inform us in good time if you wish to bring four-legged friends!

For dogs we charge 15,00 € per day without food. Out of respect for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms and wellness area. Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet. If necessary, we reserve the right to charge 30 € for a final cleaning.

We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Payment: The following payment methods are accepted: Cash payment, bank transfer in advance, bancomat, credit card (except American Express and Diners Club).

Arrival: The rooms will ready for you starting from 14:00 clock. If you arrive after 18:00 clock we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10.00 clock.

In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we ask you to inform us in time.

Cancellation conditions
Things can happen before the start of a trip.
Should you have to cancel your booked stay, we are forced to charge the following costs:

• Up to 21 days before departure – no cancellation fee
• Up to 14 days before departure – 50 % of the booking value
• Up to 7 days before departure – 70 % of the booking value
• Cancellation at short notice before departure – in case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the booked travel price.
• The deposit will not be refunded but will be credited for a future stay – for cancellations up to 21 days before the start of the trip, the deposit will be retained.

For this reason, we always recommend that you take out our low-cost travel cancellation insurance when confirming your reservation.

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”.
