the breakfast buffet?
The breakfast buffet includes a selection of breads that you can combine at will with sausage, jam and cheese. Or opt for sweet honey or chocolate coating. By the drinks nothing is to be desired too. Fresh coffee is available from the practical coffee machines, we also offer delicious juice, cocoa and teas. Three times a week our breakfast cook will delight you with freshly prepared egg dishes from the show kitchen.

in a good atmosphere
After an exciting day in Ratschings with a long hike or after a relaxing visit in our wellness area in our restaurant you can enjoy a complete 4-course menu. Help yourself at our rich buffet with various fresh salads. Our kitchen team will delight you with dishes from the regional and national cuisine. In our wine list you can find a fine selection of suitable wines from South Tyrol and Italy. To round off the evening, you can still enjoy a fine grappa at our hotel bar in a cozy atmosphere.
What regional products
Do I get in the Hotel Bergblick?
At our Hotel Bergblick we pay attention to regional products – so daily we receive fresh bread from our neighboring Ridnaun valley, while the dairy products come from the famous dairy farm Sterzing. In addition we use vegetables from the region and offer homemade jams at breakfast.
Variety & tradition
When choosing the food we have put together the best of the traditional and international cuisine for you. In addition to the salad buffet, a tasty soup and a warm starter we serve a main course and a dessert. As main course you can choose between two dishes. Culinary highlights are the Tyrolean evening, the Italian evening and the gala dinner. And if the weather allows it, we invite you to a barbecue in the summer.
