I had a lovely holiday at the Hotel Bergblick. The rooms were great, including the bed. The service too. The older waiter is extremely great - really an old school waiter. But the other waitress was also great. The dinner is excellent. And a special thanks to the masseuse. She knows her craft very well. I have become a newborn person - after the vacation, the massages, the wonderful hikes. The hotel is absolutely recommended.read more

Hotel is nicely located, bus stop right across the street. The hotel is family-friendly, with lots of play options for children, an adventure pool and a sauna area. The breakfast is rich. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms are getting old and need fresh paint. The room we booked was very noisy, you could hear the neighbor next door using the toilet, and the ventilation in the bathroom was way too loud.read more

We had a wonderful summer vacation. The hotel is very family friendly, clean and the staff were always friendly. The food was very good and varied. We particularly liked the swimming pool after the hard hikes. We found the bus stop right in front of the house very practical and nice. We would love to come back and can only recommend the hotel.read more

A truly wonderful week!!! It started with the luck of being able to stay in the new suites with a wall/window that let you enjoy nature in front! Very nice hotel with great service and a very good price-performance ratio. Very tasty food. Nice location. The rooms could be a little more modern, but they are spacious and practical. Swimming pool is great.

We had a really nice stay at the Hotel BERGBLICK. Everything was perfect, great service, food very good and everyone was very friendly and attentive.
The free ski bus takes you to the lift in just a few minutes. We'll definitely come back.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Never had dinner at the restaurant, but the breakfasts are very good. The bar staff are very pleasant.
The hotel is in a slightly remote location so a car is required to get around.

I was here with a few friends for a skiing holiday, fantastic 🤩, the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area is 2 minutes away by car or ski bus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended and always again 🫶🏼read more

We had a beautiful and large room facing east with a great view of the valley!
The service was first class! No matter whether receptionists, waiters, cooks or the management themselves - you can feel that everyone works there with joy and passion!
We found it to be particularly family-friendly, for example our daughter's cuddly toys were "bedded down" by the room attendant every day, so that we had a smile on our faces every day when we entered the room.
The kitchen deserves special praise, even if you have to get used to the large crowd at dinner. We got an extensive menu every day and an even better gala dinner on Sundays!
We can recommend the hotel without exception and wish everyone who does the same as us a wonderful time!read more

We have stayed so far in this lovely hotel. We did 2 nights. I have to say that we were surprisingly satisfied. The area is beautiful, fresh with lots of nature, horses, bunnies and activities to do around. The rooms are nice, clean and fragrant. Fabulous dinner of typical South Tyrolean cuisine. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There is an indoor swimming pool, a beautiful wellness area and an outdoor hydromassage with lots of bubbles. Furthermore, the activ card delivered to us and included in the price allows free access to cable cars, transport, museums, waterfalls and other attractions. I highly recommend the stay for a relaxing holiday, I will gladly return 🤗read more

The structure is surrounded by greenery 15min from Vipiteno, the rooms are very spacious, at least those for families.
The breakfast is plentiful with a good choice for a 3 star.
The cleaning of the rooms could be improved a bit.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and had a great time… Tariq and Christopher are very good and the cook was very helpful and good at preparing something to eat for me as I am gluten intolerant… breakfast and dinner good too bad that dinner at 19!! The pool area and spa are very nice…

Very comfortable hotel, beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage area, very useful indoor and outdoor play area for children, there is also a room with table football and ping pong table and a multimedia table with many games. We stayed a week in this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious and equipped with basic comforts with a terrace shared with the neighbors (specified in the quote).
The cuisine is typical, varied and made with excellent quality local products (exceptional chefs and excellent room service).
The hotel is located in Racines, a few km from Vipiteno and is therefore recommended for those seeking tranquility but close to the main services.
The indoor pool is very comfortable and there are deckchairs outside in the garden.

The absolute surprise
We spent our vacation (8 days) at the Hotel Bergblick from the end of May to the beginning of June 2023 and celebrated our wedding anniversary.
The hotel is beautifully and quietly located in the Ratschings valley, with a view of the Dolomites. Numerous "hotspots" in South Tyrol can be reached with shorter car journeys. There is a bus stop right by the hotel. Free parking spaces are right in front of the door.
Owner-managed, you immediately notice that a lot of heart and soul has been invested here over generations. The house has a well-kept and beautiful green area, with an adjacent paddock and plenty of pure nature. Pets are welcome here!
We really liked the beautiful pool and spa area, which is very clean and well-kept, with an adjacent option for fitness and massage - you immediately feel welcome from the first moment. We were greeted very friendly by the owners and shown around. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and big enough, bathroom with shower adequate and very clean. The balcony was also big enough.
The whole hotel is not the youngest, but very well maintained, clean and lovingly furnished. As I said, you immediately notice that real hosts are at work and that a whole family pulls together to make it as pleasant as possible for the guest. The breakfast is well arranged and offers something for every taste. Various types of bread and rolls, fresh fruit, a selection of mueslis & yoghurts, etc., cheese & sausage and different types of eggs (freshly made!) - we especially recommend the homemade jams!
There is only one word to say about dinner: FANTASTIC!!!
Tyrol is known to have very good cuisine. In this hotel, however, the bird is shot down. The chef cooks here himself! I can't understand all the reviews I had read about this hotel beforehand and said the kitchen was "ordinary" or even "not good", not only do I find them just cheeky lies. Every evening there was a 5-course menu. There were always 2 main courses and 2-3 dessert variations. Plus 4 different options for the main course if you don't like both suggestions - if you can't find anything or can't be satisfied, get a doner kebab or check in at Mc Donalds. We couldn't complain about a single thing. Really everything was extremely good and always fresh. Everything is homemade and freshly prepared every day, from the soups to the salads and side dishes to the meat and fish, everything was perfect and prepared to the point. You could taste that the fund and bases were pulled by yourself and even the red cabbage in one dish was freshly cut and prepared... amazing!
There is really no chef at work here, but an artist who masters his craft and obviously not only insists on exquisite ingredients, but also creates creative and optical magic - even, for example, the pasta dough for a lasagna for an entrée was homemade and just delicious. In addition, the boss's wine recommendations were always a hit!
Here the boss & boss work seven days a week and still always greet you with a smile and respond to requests. In addition, the really, very, very good kitchen, which allowed us to experience an unforgettable and very nice holiday - just "thank you" for that.
In conclusion, one can only say that this hotel is highly recommended by us. Value for money is really good here and after a good dinner you should (tip!) enjoy the homemade cocktails at the bar, which are really cheap for a hotel.
We wish you continued success, we will definitely stay at this hotel again and let us be pampered.

Great hotel in Ratschings, ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, ski cellar with enough (!) space on the ski boot dryers for all hotel guests (not a matter of course), the ski cellar is also video-monitored, which gives you a safe feeling.
The food is really great and the quantity is sufficient, there are alternatives if you don't like something, great value for money, better than some four-star hotels!!!
The entire staff is friendly and super quick.
I like that it is a family-run business where everyone lends a hand.
Wellness area is also great and there is constant investment. Here you can relax well.
All in all, a clear recommendation for both couples and families with children. There is also a play area for children.read more

Good hotel, our quadruple room was really spacious, the only flaw was the bathroom without a bidet. The wellness area is exceptional, very large, the swimming pool is also beautiful. Good breakfast.
At dinner we ate well but we would have liked to find a little more typical dishes. The location is excellent and the possibility of taking the bus (with ticket included in the stay) practically outside the hotel, to move both in the center and towards the Racines ski resorts, well served by public transport.

The apparently Indian waiter was very friendly! However, the guests who arrived by bus were a strange clientee. Just took Koch's pan off the stove or gossip about my feet. Otherwise very relaxing location close to the ski bus!

Gehr well run hotel with excellent breakfast buffet and 5 course dinner. We checked in at a time when there were few guests. You could use the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna perfectly. Friendly staff, the environment and the good weather rounded off our vacation perfectly.👍😎

Very suitable for families with small children. Food really at a high level, compliments to the boss of the house, who is the chef in the kitchen. The service staff is extremely nice and does their job with passion above average. Great clean rooms, bar, dining room. Spa and swimming pool are perfect and offer a high recreational value. Playground and play facilities are designed for children from about 2 to 9 years.
Unfortunately, points are deducted for the poorly maintained bicycle fleet, which, contrary to advertising, is not free of charge, but costs €20 per day and bike, due to the maintenance costs, but you should then be able to expect a fully functional Mtb (especially in the mountains, the brakes should be used). work ) Overall, a reasonable price-performance ratio.read more

Hotel offers plenty for children and is not as overpriced as other nearby structures. Especially great the swimming pool with waterfall, floor whirlpool, baby pool and hot whirlpool outside! Top! The sauna is also very fine and everything is very clean and well maintained, although not up to date in terms of design, everything is really good and working and also practical. Food was the highlight every day, really excellent cuisine. The breakfast was suitable and there was enough choice of everything, again the show kitchen with egg dishes was very nice. We would have stayed longer if we could and would go again!read more

Very nice, familiar hotel, lovingly designed. Very nice people and really delicious food with lots of homemade ingredients, five-course menu every evening. Everything you need in terms of facilities and a very nice swimming pool with a waterfall, countercurrent and bubble jets and an outdoor whirlpool.
